Used it once but I won't use again. Booked a pickup it said was a minute away. It stayed as a minute away for five or six mins, then changed to 7 mins away. Finally turned up 15 mins after I had requested. It is clearly not real time tracking. I tried to cancel when it was taking too long and it said if I cancelled I may be charged a penalty fee, with no info about the conditions for charging a fee or the amount of the fee. It is useful for getting a fare estimate though.

Dec 2023 update. Now that it's the blue bubble taxi app, I've updated from 1 to 2 stars. It's OK as it goes but very bare bones. No option to pre-book for future taxis which IMHO is a major oversight. No ability to contact any kind of help/support either. No ability to add multiple stops. Better, but needs work. ‐----‐---------------

I use totally mobility card and I don't see it listed on this app. Another taxi cab app does and I get taxis within ten minutes after I make the booking.
